Order Processing Time

Due the special time and attention we give to packaging, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.  In general, it takes 2-4 business days to process orders.  Please note that processing time will change due to holiday season and store special occasions. 

For Domestic Customers 

We use USPS as courier delivery service to ensure all packages are delivered safely.  You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once shipment is made and you can track it online.  

 For International Customers

We ship worldwide from Maryland. We use USPS and DHL as courier delivery services to ensure all packages are delivered safely. You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once shipment is made and you can track it online. Mila Stationery Co. cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by local postal services. For international customers some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel.  Mila Stationery co. is neither responsible for delays due to customs nor any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Orders with Pre-order Items 

Thank you for your order. If your order contains pre-order items, your complete order will generally ship after pre-order items arrive (inclusive of non-pre-order items).

 If you would like any non-pre-order items to arrive faster, please create two separate orders.
